For three days, this beachside venue becomes your strategic command center.
No conference hotel ballrooms. No generic meeting spaces. Just oceanfront views, open-air tactical sessions, and the kind of environment where real breakthroughs happen.
What you need to know:
Content runs 10am-5pm on Friday & Saturday, 10am-3pm on Sunday
Lunch provided all three days (fuel for your war room sessions)
Leave the laptop at home—this is pen-to-paper, boots-on-ground strategy work
Casual beach town vibe meets serious operator training
Getting there:
Closest airport: Palm Beach International (PBI) - 20 minutes
Backup options: Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA)
Ground transport: Uber, Lyft, rental cars all readily available
Where to stay: We're not doing a hotel block. Instead, we're encouraging you to do what operators do: partner up. Grab an Airbnb or VRBO with other students. Split costs. Build alliances before you even arrive.

Weather intel: Mid-May in South Florida means temps in the low-to-mid 80s during the day, low-to-mid 70s at night. Humid. Afternoon thunderstorms are common. Pack accordingly.

FRIDAY NIGHT(May 15th): Strike & Spare
Fun Depot - 7:00pm (Bowling starts at 7:30pm)
After a full day in the war room, it's time to decompress.
We're taking over the bowling lanes. Teams will form. Trash talk will happen. Partnerships will be born over split conversions and gutter balls.
Some of the best JV deals we've seen started at events like this—not during the sessions, but after, when people let their guard down and actually talk.
Dinner's on your own beforehand, or show up hungry (for deals and pizza).
SATURDAY NIGHT(May 16th): The Conkey Manor Sessions

This is where it gets real.
We're opening up the Conkey house for an evening of networking, games, and the kind of late-night strategy talk that doesn't happen anywhere else.
On the agenda:
Spoons (the card game that gets weirdly competitive)
Swimming and board games
Open conversations about deals, partnerships, and what you're actually building
The kind of access you don't get anywhere else
This isn't a cocktail party. It's a tactical gathering. Come ready to talk shop, make connections, and stay late.
